PRIVATE CATERING

Private catering will help create treasured memories at your next occasion. We are the perfect choice for wedding catering, birthdays, retirement bashes and other special occasions. We can deliver our freshly prepared meals to your destination or cook all the food right there in front of you on our own equipment.

For affairs like charity fundraisers, award ceremonies, company picnics and more, we can create a catering menu suited for the atmosphere. We can dress it up or dress it down, and it’s all delicious.

Our private catering service offers more than just the great barbecue we’re known for. We have a variety of items like our homemade pizza with handmade dough and wide-ranging toppings available. We have homemade hot links, juicy tri-tip steak and more that can make any gathering a success.

We do private catering for most formal occasions too, with selections from our “Black and White Affairs” packages. These are black-tie catering services suitable for events such as weddings and can be customized to make sure you and your guests get exactly the food you want, served when and how you want.

We don’t know if you will get to the church on time, but we guarantee to be at your reception on time. There’s no awkward waiting while we set up or cook. Our Catering Services staff is trained to make your special day runs like clockwork where the food is concerned.

And because we have the capability to cook for large private catering events on site (we’ve served as many as 2,500 guests at a time), no food is cooked elsewhere and then left to stagnate in chafing dishes or warming trays, where you do not know how long it has been there – and tastes like it.

With private catering, we think guests should see – and smell! – their meal being prepared on the spot. We bring everything needed, including the grills and smokers, to the location you choose. You won’t have to worry about the kitchen on site being big enough to cook for all of your guests. We’ve got you covered. Our freshness sets us apart.
